Finitive has closed its most recent portfolio transaction (~$60 million) in its unique patent litigation funding program. Finitive originated, structured and co-invested alongside its capital partners in the transaction.

 

Finitive’s patent litigation funding program meets a large unmet need among patent owners and law firms – for sophisticated funding solutions – and offers a unique risk/return profile for investors.
